1.  Construction, installation and maintenance of all facets in the overhead distribution network. This include load Break Switches/ Sectionalizes, Auto Reclosers, Air break switches/Pole Top Switches, substationsPole Mounted , Capacitor Banks and other associated switchgear in the HVdistribution network.
2.  Construction of both HV and LV overhead mains using the aerial bundled conductor (ABC), Aluminum and copper bare conductors
3.  Stringing of the above including operating the winch and controlling conductor drums.
4.  Ensuring that the stringing has been done to Western Power standards with reference to the stringing tables and utilizing the TensionDynamometer and Beat Method.
5.  Undertake pole replacement, cross arm change, conductor replacement and other associated line hardware and accessories on High Voltage de-energized mains working under the Electrical Access Permit (EAP).
6.  Undertake pole, cross arm replacement, service replacement and other line hardware on energized LV mains
7.  Undertake work on de-energized low voltage mains under the PowerWestern Electrical Access Permit

Connecting services to customers and carrying out associated tests to include, phase rotation, polarity phase identification, continuity, Transformer no load voltage tests, Transformer on load voltage Tests, Earth resistance and insulation resistance tests
